Easy Gluten-Free Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookie
I’m officially a pastry chef.
Ingredients:
2 cups (16oz) of peanut butter
1 cup of dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1.5 cups of chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the peanut butter, brown sugar, flaxseed meal, eggs, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Next, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Chill the cookie dough for at least 15/20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Scoop and roll the cookie dough into small balls and place evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 10-11 minutes. Once they’re done - let the cookies cool down before serving!
